Assignment 1 Final-part 2

After reading the history of the Nando's company, I start to do my first sketch on paper. I surf the Internet to look for Malaysia culture, hopefully can get some ideas.
I found some interesting pictures from the Internet which can be used for the logo. Below are my pictures:



Picture 1 is from wayang kulit and picture 2 is the batik.
Some of the elements from these pictures have inspired me in redesigning a new logo.

Below is my first sketch for the new Nando's logo.
